Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summer 2025

• Cancellations received more than 30 days before the start of the camp for which you are registered will be refunded the amount paid minus a $50 administrative fee.

• Cancellations received between 30 and 15 days before the start of the camp for which you are registered will be issued a "Science Camp Voucher" for the value of the camp week(s) being cancelled, minus a $50 administrative fee. The value of said Science Camp Voucher can be applied to the payment of any future registration for a Mad Science summer camp.

• You will always have the option to switch camp sessions up to 10 days prior to the start of your original choice, on a space-available basis, at no additional charge. Robotics camps carry a robot materials fee.

• NO REFUNDS will be given for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the start of a camp week.

• NO DISCOUNTS or PRORATED CREDIT will be given for any reason.

• MAD SCIENCE of LONG ISLAND reserves the right to cancel any camp week up to 7 days prior to the start of said week. A full refund will be issued if such action becomes necessary.
